Is the envelope insured if it gets lost in the post?
Yes, all our envelopes are insured to give you peace of mind and are insured to a maximum of £500 and sent by special delivery. If you believe your gold may exceed £500 in value, please arrange for any additional insurance and we will be happy to reimburse this additional cost on settlement. Please ask at your local Post Office for further assistance and please ensure you include a copy receipt so we can fully reimburse you.
How fast will I get my money?
Our aim is to process your payment within 24 hours of receipt. Please be conscious that you will have to allow 2-3 business days for your secure envelope to reach us.
What if I am not satisfied with the payment you offer?
